I provide music therapy in group, individual or dual sessions, where I focus on cognitive, physical and psychosocial therapeutic goals and objectives. My techniques are adapted from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), aesthetic music therapy (AeMT), neurologic music therapy (NMT) and psychoeducation.
