Academic Background:
My research chiefly focuses on investigating and exploring the role set and role identity of organizational leaders and followers in the public sector. Other subjects of interest in my research are leadership development, crisis leadership, and remote leadership.
The theoretical construct of my work is informed by leadership, public management, and organizational theories.
I have served and still serving as a reviewer for the following organizational research journals: Public Management Review, Organizational Management Journal, Personnel Review, etc.
