We recognize the challenges of fitting learning opportunities into your busy lives so an online program may be your best option. However, not all online programs are created equal. Designing an exceptional program specifically for online delivery takes a team of talented professionals; key among that team is the instructional designer. Instructional designers have a solid foundation and understanding of adult learning theory, digital space, teaching and learning, and technology. The best instructional designers make learning online not just instructional but meaningful – and we have some of the finest instructional designers in the country.
All of the Positive Psychology and Positive Education modules are administered online and are asynchronous – you are able to work through the material at your own pace but are requested to keep up on a weekly basis. The amount of time required online will vary with each course but we recommend budgeting seven to 10 hours per week to start and then adjust from there.
