I have been involved in many different capacities within the education system. I have worked in the university capacity for various faculties focusing on the 21 century initiatives to support and empower modern learners. I have taught and designed courses to fit a conceptual model that advocates for all learners and promote various scaffolding skills for the 21 century learner. My interests lie in equity, inclusive practices. My passion for utilizing technology supports a differentiated approach to support all learners.
I continue to focus on current research that supports the effective use of instructional strategies to promote success. I am an advocate of equity and continue to use this lens to support many approaches when programming and guiding professional growth and development.
