I am a settler and a guest on this land. I received my PhD in curriculum studies and teacher development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto, with a focus on food justice from an ecojustice lens in community-based learning. I have been a classroom teacher in Ontario, England and Tanzania. My research supports learning in and about environmental education for teacher education, through citizen science, place-based and virtual learning, as well as with reconciliation in mind and heart.
