Ontario High School Labour Disruptions

Wilfrid Laurier University understands that students and parents may have concerns about the current labour disruptions involving Ontario high school teachers and the effect that this potentially has on university applications. We want you to know that Laurier is committed to ensuring that no student is disadvantaged through these events. While the labour disruptions are beyond our control, what we do control are our admissions processes. In the event that the labour disruptions continue for an extended period of time, we are prepared to implement changes to our processes to ensure that offers of admission are made to successful applicants.

We, along with the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC), are monitoring developments carefully. As more information becomes available, we will update this page. Alternatively, you can also check the OUAC website.
