Canadian Excellence

In partnership with Physical Resources and the Sustainability Office, Parking and Transportation Resources is pleased to offer a number of resources for cycling commuters on campus. There are a number of bike racks located around campus (Laurierís size makes it easy for you to check up on your bike). As a safety percausion, make sure you lock it with a high grade U-Lock or equal alternative.

Please Note; Bikes that are left unattended for a significant amount of time will be removed and recycled by Laurierís Special Constable Service (SCS).

Secure Bike Storage Facility

In June 2012, through a partnership with Physical Resources and the Sustainability Office, Parking and Transportation introduced a secure bike storage facility located on the south side of MacDonald House (beside lot 16) for up to 25 bikes. This is a gated facility allowing users entry using a key fob system. Similar to Laurier parking permits, a fob may be purchased on per-term basis with prices being pro-rated as needed. A $10.00 deposit is also required but this is refunded upon return of the key fob.

Staff/Faculty -- $ 15.00 per term + $10.00 deposit

Students -- $ 8.00 per term* + $10.00 deposit

* Note that the student cost is subsidized by the Sustainability Fee included with tuition.
