My payment was not deposited into my bank account. What should I do?
If your payment does not appear in your bank account on the pay date, contact the Payroll Department at 519-884-0710 (refer to the Payroll Contact List for your Contact) or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payroll will check for banking rejects and place an inquiry to the bank. Problems with bank deposits normally do not occur unless your banking information changed or new bank information was given incorrectly. The best solution to avoid this situation is to attach a void cheque to your Direct Deposit Authorization Form when submitting to your home department or payroll.
