Event Planning Tool Kit



This toolkit is designed as a resource for organizing a University event. It is important to deliver successful and professionally planned events for the University's reputation and 'brand'. Good planning involves setting goals, creating a critical path and revisiting it often, and ensuring accessibility, diversity, sustainability and assessment. These are all integral parts of the event planning process.
