JN423: Journalism Project



Students complete a detailed, investigative, researched explanatory, public journalism or computer-assisted database analysis project. The topics will ultimately be decided upon in consultation with the course professor, but students are required to submit potential story ideas as part of the application to the course.

Applying to JN423

Students must first register in JN423 on LORIS and then complete the online proposal form to express interest in enrolling in this course.  You must provide some initial thoughts regarding a topic you would be interested in pursuing and attach any addition information if you wish. Please note JN423 is a full year course.

Deadline

The online form must be completed no later than the end of July for the upcoming academic year.
