Building Bridges to Success aims to provide students with a post-secondary experience to enhance confidence, study skills and career success.
- gain first-hand knowledge about university expectations
- study in a supportive environment
- experience university life through involvement in extra-curricular activities
Building Bridges to Success offers academically qualified students who may be facing additional barriers to post-secondary education the chance to experience university life and learn about their opportunities after graduation.
With support from the Lyle S. Hallman Foundation, all opportunities in the Building Bridges to Success program are free for qualified students!
Upcoming Building Bridges to Success opportunities for students in Waterloo region include:
September - December 2015
Building Bridges University Credit Course - this program gives students an opportunity to gain university credit while completing their final year in high school. Students must complete an application package and include a copy of their transcript to apply.
