360 Degree Extraordinary Leader Survey
- Participate in the online 360-degree assessment. You will receive an email from email@example.com with instructions on how to:
- Complete your own self-survey and,
- Invite others to rate you in the 360-degree survey – this will include your manager, direct reports, peers, and any others you’d like to designate whose feedback would be valuable (e.g., internal or external customers, partners, colleagues, etc.). Please note: With the exception of Manager, a minimum of 3 responses is required in each category to report the category to maintain confidentiality. Please invite as many raters as possible. Surveys are sent out electronically after you input your rater’s information into the Zenger-Folkman system.
