|Pat Krajewski is the Senior Vice President, International Banking, Human Resources, Scotiabank. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the people strategies supporting the International Banking Division. Pat has over thirty five years of service with Scotiabank and has held various positions of increasing leadership and responsibility in the areas of Canadian Banking, Investment Banking, Global Risk Management and Human Resources.
Pat has made many valuable contributions to Scotiabank playing a key role in developing a renewed strategy for leadership for Scotiabank and leading the implementation of the Bankís balanced scorecard initiative. Pat holds a MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she was awarded the Governor Generalís Gold Medal for academic excellence and in 2008 was named MBA Alumnas of the Year, in 2010 granted Laurierís Distinguished Governor Award and was named as one of Laurierís 100 Alumni of Achievement in 2011.
She currently serves as a Vice Chair of the School of Business and Economics, Deanís Advisory Council at Laurier.
