|Farouk provides transactional advisory services to growth oriented companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, recapitalizations and strategy and shareholder value improvement. Farouk is a retired partner of Ernst & Young LLP with over 30 years of financial and transaction advisory experience.
He graduated from Laurier (Hons. BBA 1980) and obtained his CA designation in 1983. In 1994, Farouk completed the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program in 1998.
Farouk’s other community service involvements have included serving on the boards of the Freeport Hospital, the Social Planning Council of K-W, the Waterloo-Wellington CA Association and His Highness Aga Khan Council and Economic Planning Board, Ontario.
