Ancillary



Ancillaries service and support both Waterloo and Brantford campuses and include the Bookstore Retail Operations, Printing Services, OneCard and Parking Services.

The Laurier Bookstore provides both store front and online options at both campuses.

Printing Services provides services at the Hub and Printshop.

Laurier's OneCard is a photo identification card to be used at both the main campus and Brantford campus. It is the access card to the Athletic Complex and library, as well as a meal plan card, and transit card for full-time undergraduate and graduate students at the Waterloo campus.

Parking Services provides the Laurier community with its parking and transportation needs. All permits at Laurier are issued by Parking and Transportation Resources.

Client Procedures

To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at help@wlu.ca or ext. 4357.

After hours support as documented in the Service Level Agreement can be reported to ancillarysupport@wlu.ca.


Client Expectations

Users will be responded to via email or telephone once the service request has been set up and assigned to the appropriate resource.


Cost

Cost will vary as referred to in the Service Level Agreement document.
