Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Saturday 1:00pm - 5:00pm

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Client Procedures

To receive assistance, students can contact the Student Service Desk at support@mylaurier.ca, call them atext. 2222 or visit them in the concourse at 1E4C.


Client Expectations

Students can expect to be walked through a troubleshooting process to re-establish connection. If a technician is required, students can expect a visit between 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday, on a mutually agreed upon time.
