Issues can be reported during normal university business hours of 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday. To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at email@example.com or ext. 4357.
If computer add-ons are part of the Evergreen Renewals Plan, ICT will provide replacement equipment for the computer. If the device is a private device or not part of the Evergreen Renewals Plan, ICT will provide temporary replacements until the client goes to the bookstore and replace them at their own expense.
