Service is available 24 x 7 x 365 in published coverage locations, except during planned maintenance and upgrade.
Requests for access will be processed during normal university business hours. To obtain service, a WLU staff or faculty sponsor should fill in the online Application Form or contact the Employee Service Desk at email@example.com or ext. 4357.
Visitors can expect to be contacted within two (2) business days after the sponsored application form has been submitted with a temporary username and password.
