Requests can be initiated during normal university business hours. To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at email@example.com or ext. 4357.
To obtain an estimate contact the Manager of the Network OS, Email and IDM.
Requests are prioritized and scheduled based on resource availability. Some requests may be subject to a one-time and/or ongoing charge.
