Server Provisioning



Provisioning of a data centre-housed server infrastructure for authorized university applications. If required, this includes operating system patching, proactive monitoring and backup/restore configuration.

Client Procedures

Requests can be initiated during normal university business hours. To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at help@wlu.ca or ext. 4357.

To obtain an estimate contact the Manager of the Network OS, Email and IDM.


Client Expectations

Requests are prioritized and scheduled based on resource availability. Some requests may be subject to a one-time and/or ongoing charge.

Costs may vary depending on requirements.
