Server Provisioning



Provisioning of a data centre-housed server infrastructure for authorized university applications. If required, this includes operating system patching, proactive monitoring and backup/restore configuration.

Client Procedures

Requests can be initiated during normal university business hours. To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at help@wlu.caor ext. 4357.

To obtain an estimate contact the Manager of the Network OS, Email and IDM.


Client Expectations

Requests are prioritized and scheduled based on resource availability. Some requests may be subject to a one-time and/or ongoing charge.
