Backup and restore services for university data stored on network systems.

Client Procedures

To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at help@wlu.ca or ext. 4357.

Clients must provide sufficient details regarding the file(s) to be restored (ie. last date accessed, file name and pathname).


Client Expectations

Only work-related files stored to network locations can be restored, based on current retention policies.


Cost

Costs may vary depending on scope of restore.
