Backup and restore services for university data stored on network systems.

Client Procedures

To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at or ext. 4357.

Clients must provide sufficient details regarding the file(s) to be restored (ie. last date accessed, file name and pathname).

Client Expectations

Only work-related files stored to network locations can be restored, based on current retention policies.


Costs may vary depending on scope of restore.
