Custom online solutions ranging from simple to complex applications. Secure surveys, registrations, questionaires, voting systems, searchable forms, data capture and export. User and content accounts, permissions and related support. Domains, aliases, redirects and the Laurier Content Management System. Online databases (mySQL, PostgreSQL), phpMyAdmin. Custom web-traffic analysis and reports. Advise members of the Laureir community to the use of web technologies.

Client Procedures

Staff, faculty and auxiliary clients can use the ITS online customer portal for service requests. For further support clients can contact the Employee Service Desk for more information at help@wlu.ca or ext. 4357.

Students can contact the Student Service Desk for more information at support@mylaurier.ca or ext. 2222.


Client Expectations

Requests are prioritized and scheduled based on availability of development resources. Some requests may be subject to charge.
