To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at help@wlu.ca or ext. 4357. Adequate lee time will be required for timely solutions and procurement depending on the nature of the request.


Client Expectations

Expected delivery date will be provided once scope of request is known.
