Support is provided by ITS during normal University business hours of 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday. To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or ext. 4357.
Once the request has been placed, the client can expect to be contacted within 1- 2 business day(s).
