To request a voice mail password reset fill out the Voice Mail Password Reset Request form.

To request the setup of a new voicemail system, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at help@wlu.ca or ext. 4357.


Client Expectations

Once the request has been placed for a new voice mail system, the client can expect to be contacted within 1- 2 business day(s).
