Service is available 24 x 7 x 365 in published coverage locations, except during planned maintenance and upgrade.
Support is provided by ITS during normal University business hours of 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday. To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or ext. 4357.
