Client Procedures

To receive a faded iClicker serial number or have troubleshooting done, students can visit the Student Service Desk in the concourse at 1E4C. For support and training on the iClicker, contact clickers@wlu.ca.


Client EXPECTATIONS

Retrieve iClicker serial numbers that have been smudged out, or receive a diagnoses for defective iClickers.
