Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrade.


Staff and Faculty

Client Procedures

  Requests for access can be initiated during normal University business hours of 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday. To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at or ext. 4357.

Client Expectations

Due to limited licensing, remote access is provided only for approved purposes.
