Issues can be reported during normal university business hours of 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday. To obtain service, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at email@example.com or ext. 4357.
Client must provide sufficient details regarding file(s) to be restored (i.e. last date accessed, file name). Only files stored to network locations can be restored. The client is wholly responsible for data that is stored on local hard drive(s).
