Clients log a requests on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at help@wlu.ca or ext. 4357.

Client Expectations

Clients can expect to be contacted within two (2) business days for all service requests.

Students, Staff and Faculty can expect to have their laptops and mobile devices connected to this internet by following the wireless instructions online or by visiting their respective ITS Service Desk.
