Client Procedures

Laurier has a formal e-waste program for small and large items. Smaller items, including laptops can be dropped off in one of our 3 designated areas (Concourse, Library, and 202 Regina). Larger items will be picked up via an iService request through physical resources.

To have an electronic device disposed of, you can log a request on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at help@wlu.caor ext. 4357.

Client Expectations

Clients can expect to have their electronic devices safely disposed of through the university Sustainability Office.

Placing devices at one of the disposal locations is free of charge, however there may be an associated fee with placing an iService request as determined by physical resources.
