If clients believe they have a virus or spyware on their computer, a request can be logged on the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal or contact the Employee Service Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or ext. 4357.
Clients will be contact within the same day to have a technician visit them and begin the virus removal process.
