Join us at Laurier

Becoming a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

Laurier is well-represented at the 2018 Winter Olympics, taking place in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

Three Laurier alumni are a part of Canada's curling contingent, including John Morris competing in the first-ever Olympic mixed doubles curling competition, Brent Laing competing as a member of the men's rink team and Paul Webster serving as curling team leader.

In addition, former Golden Hawks' standout Danelle Im is taking to the ice as a member of the Korean women's hockey team.
