I have a varied educational background, which serves me well in Laurier Brantford's Learning Services Centrewhere we support student learning and writing in and across the disciplines. My undergraduate studies were interdisciplinary and throughout my graduate studies, I have developed my skills as an ethnographer. I have recently completedthe Leadership in Higher Education certificate program at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, whereI am nowcommencing a Ph.D. program in Higher Education.

Over the lastfew years, I have had the opportunity to participate in some research on teaching and learning with faculty and have presented this work at conferences. My most recent work has been done in collaboration with Dr. Gary Warrick and Irene Tencinger to develop enhanced support for first year students with writing research papers. I'm dedicated to exploring and developing new ways to engage and support student learning at Laurier Brantford.
