People at Laurier

Janet  Jenkins, Information Technology Services Janet Jenkins began her career in Laurierís ITS department in 1999. She began at the ITS Help Desk and a year later moved into her role as a Technical Support Specialist. For the last 8 years she has been mostly supporting the south-western side of campus, including the DAWB, Library, Seminary, and FNCC. While working full time at WLU she has completed her Bachelor of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo, become an A+ Certified Technician and acheived numerious technical certifications including from both ITIL and Microsoft.
