Associate Registrar: Student Records & Services
Office Location: 2nd floor, 202 Regina St. N.
BA: Psychology & Political Science, Wilfrid Laurier University
I was born and raised in Parry Sound, Ontario, and chose to attend Laurier because of it's small size and sense of community. After taking a campus tour, I knew that Laurier was the right place for me.
I started working at Laurier as a Development Officer in 2004, helping to raise funds in support of the university and our students. My role expanded in 2008, and as Associate Director for Annual Giving I oversaw all annual fundraising activities - including our faculty & staff campaign.
In 2011, I became the Manager of Service Laurier for the Waterloo campus. This is a unique role which will allow me to help build a program that has a direct impact on the student experience. Service Laurier is a wonderful initiative which will streamline processes for students, freeing up more time for them to focus on what really matters - their studies.
I make my home in Kitchener with my wife Megan (also a grad and employee of WLU) and our two kids, Charlotte and Liam. I spend most of my free time giving back to the Kitchener-Waterloo community - I currently serve as Chair of the Youth in Sport & Recreation committee for the KW Community Foundation, Chair of the Regional & Municipal Affairs committee for the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce, and Chair of the Volunteer Services committee for Oktoberfest.
