Submit Changes to Vehicle Identification Information / Add a Vehicle
Instructions for completion of Change of Vehicle Identification form
A parking permit is required to park on campus unless an individual is parking in a visitor space. Up to four vehicles may be registered to a permit and, to be valid, the permit must be attached to the rear-view mirror of the vehicle with the permit number clearly visible through the windshield. Permit information must be updated when a new permit is issued or when there is a change in vehicle ownership or address.

I hereby certify that all information presented on this Change of Vehicle Identification form is correct and complete. I acknowledge the university's right to remove any vehicle parked in violation of the WLU parking regulations. I understand that, as an employee, I may obtain only one parking permit and that I am allowed to park only one of my vehicles on university property at any one time. I am hereby notifying the Parking Office of a change of vehicle identification information. (I understand that if I do not advise the Parking Office promptly of any change of vehicle information and one of my vehicles is ticketed for a parking violation on university property and a licence plate search is necessary, the appropriate Ontario government search fee will be charged in addition to the charges on the Notice of Violation.)
I understand that if there are unpaid parking fines for any vehicle in my name, I will not be able to obtain a new parking permit.
