Laurier Brantford Letter Requests

If you require a letter confirming your enrollment, please complete this request form and bring it to GRH 202. The cost is $12.00 and must be presented when the request form is dropped off. You can request a maximum of five (5) copies for the $12.00 fee. The letter will not be processed until payment is received.

Documents that have been requested, but not picked up, will be destroyed after 90 days and will need to be re-ordered.
QECO: Students requesting a QECO or degree confirmation letter are to submit a paper letter request form to the Registrar's Office. Further information is available here.
OSAP: Please note that the National Student Loan Service Centre will not accept letters as proof of enrollment. If you require proof of enrollment for OSAP, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org (GRH 202) for a specific OSAP form.
