Agencies are required to submit a completed Letter to Placement Employers. By signing this form, agencies are confirming their understanding of their responsibility to protect Student Trainees from health and safety hazards in the workplace and to ensure appropriate supervision during their placement. They are also agreeing to report workplace injuries to Laurier immediately.
This letter of understanding only needs to be completed once for each placement employer.
