JHSC/AWM Workplace Inspection Training Registration Form (BRANTFORD)


In order to meet legislative requirements for workplace inspections, Auxiliary Worker Members of the JHSC will attend a half day session in the morning covering legislative requirements for inspections as well as roles and responsibilities of the workplace parties.  It includes practical information on conducting inspections, reporting of H&S concerns and other useful information.

The afternoon portion of this training is for both AWMs and JHSC worker members and will include a mock workplace inspection and an introduction to the Pervidi inspection management software.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Course cancellations must be made via email to chaywood@wlu.ca TWO WORKING DAYS prior to the course date. Departments will be invoiced $50 per registrant for failing to attend without the specified notice.  For courses canceled at the discretion of SHERM, a two working day notice will be provided to participants, with the exception of situations involving circumstances beyond SHERM's control.
