Only classroom furniture issues in centrally booked classrooms such as desks, chairs, tablet desks, and lecterns should be reported on the form below.
ITS issues such as computers, projectors, projector screens, projector bulbs, overhead projectors, document
cameras, sound systems, wireless, whiteboard markers and erasers, etc should be reported to the ITS Service Desk or can be reported on this form by selecting 'Other'.
Physical Resource Issues such as paint, blinds, windows, drywall, electrical,
lighting, plumbing, etc should be directed to iServiceDesk or can be reported on this form by selecting 'Other'.
Dry erase markers and erasers are re-stocked in classrooms regularly. Instructors can pick up additional markers in the Bricker Academic Building BA304 or in the Peters Building P1035.
