Complete this form to initiate the process of registering your child for Arts Express. Once you have submitted this form, you will receive an email within 48 hours containing the Camper Information Package. Your child’s registration will not be considered complete until you have submitted the full registration fee amount ($185) and the Camper Information Package. These items must be received by Emily Carruthers by Friday, March 31, 2018 or your child will be placed on the waiting list.
The Camper Information Package and registration fee can be submitted to Emily at the John Aird Centre on Laurier's Waterloo campus, office A505 or mailbox 26, or by mail at Attention: Emily Carruthers, Wilfrid Laurier University, 75 University Ave. West, Waterloo, ON, N2L3C5.
Note: You must fill out this form for each child who is attending camp.
