Look into Laurier

Join us at Laurier

Being a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

Employees at Laurier are encouraged to get involved with the campus community by volunteering and participating in university events whenever possible. There are many ways to get involved, including volunteering at convocation or Laurier Day, and attending events such as the Employee Achievement Awards, Staff Development Day or town hall sessions with senior administration.

Members of the Laurier community are also welcome to take part in other university initiatives such as those organized by the Diversity and Equity Office and the Office of Aboriginal Initiatives.

Getting involved is an important part of life at Laurier. All members of the community – students, staff and faculty – are encouraged to show support and engagement outside of the classroom and the office.
