The School of Business and Economics at Laurier and the Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo (UW) have teamed up to give you 2 highly respected degrees from our two outstanding institutions. In this double-degree program, you’ll earn both a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) from UW and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Laurier in only 5 years.

As a graduate of this program, you’ll be in high demand in today’s information-rich society, where global companies are looking for employees with both computer science and business management knowledge.

You must meet the requirements of both programs to be accepted. If you choose to apply to Laurier and accept Laurier’s offer of admission, you will live at Laurier and automatically be entered into Laurier’s business degree co-op program, the largest business co-op program in Canada. You’ll take classes at both universities and receive a student card from both universities for convenience.

Requirements

  • Admission range of low 90s.
  • English at 75%.
  • Advanced Functions, and Calculus and Vectors at 85%.
  • Prerequisite courses calculated in admissions average.

International Baccalaureate Requirements

  • HL or SL English.
  • HL or SL Mathematics at 5.
  • IB Minimum Score: 36.
