Parking & Transportation Resources staff and Special Constable Services personnel are authorized to enforce the parking regulations. As such, they carry identification on them at all times.

Please note that offences will result in a ticket and/or tow.

Any outstanding parking fines and expenses will be attached to student accounts and marks/transcripts may not be released from the Registrar’s Office until all charges are paid.

Outstanding parking fines not resolved in a reasonable period of time, at the discretion of Wilfrid Laurier University, will be referred to a collection agency.

Payment Options

IN-PERSON: Payments can be made in-person at Service Laurier (202 Regina St., 2nd floor using CASH, DEBIT, MONEY ORDER or CHEQUE.  *Post-dated cheques and credit card payments are NOT accepted. Hours of operation; Mon. - Fri. 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

In person at the Parking & Transportation Resources office (202 Regina St. Waterloo 2nd flr.) by CASH or CHEQUE ONLY. Hours of operation; Mon. - Fri. 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

MAIL: Cheque or money order payments may be sent via mail. Please make cheques payable to WILFRID LAURIER UNIVERSITY and mail to: 75 University Ave. W. Waterloo ON N2L 3C5 ATTN: Parking & Transportation Resources.  *Please ensure your student ID number is noted on the memo line of the cheque.

PLEASE NOTE;
HOLDS will not be released for 21 days following receipt of a non-certified or personal cheque and NSF penalties will be charged for any cheque not cleared by the bank.
