Hey all you potential Golden Hawks! My name is Matt Honsberger and I am currently loving my University life in my fourth year of the Music program here at Laurier. I have had three amazing years here and although I am excited for my last few years, I definitely do not want to leave!
The biggest part of Laurier for me is our Residence Life Program. I stayed in residence in first year and loved everything about it. From that great experience, I became a don and have had the privilege of working in the residence education department last year as a Campus Council Advisor and this year as the Leadership and Service Learning Community Don.
There are so many great things about Laurier that I want to tell you about! The campus, facilities, residences, and Wilf’s, but most importantly, the people. From the University administration and professors, to your fellow students, the people at Laurier never fail to amaze me with their unwavering love for the school and each-other.
I absolutely cannot wait for you to get to come and check out our campus and get to see why everyone who comes to Laurier falls in love with it! See you soon friends!
