New academic programs on our Waterloo campus:

• Two new joint double degree programs:

  • Computer Science at University of Waterloo combined with the BBA at Laurier

  • BA in Financial Mathematics at Laurier combined with the BBA at Laurier

 New joint programs with Conestoga College:

• Honours BSc Biochemistry & Biotechnology program combined with with a Biotechnology Technician Diploma from Conestoga College

• Honours BSc Computer Science degree combined with the Software Engineering Technology Diploma at Conestoga College.

• Geomatics Option, Legal Studies Option and Management Option are all available for September 1, 2011 

•  Global Studies now has more than $40,000 per year to subsidize student learning abroad, with NGOs and at other universities.

New academic programs on our Brantford campus:

• Honours Bachelor of Business Technology Management
  

• Bachelor of Arts and Science in Health Studies (BASc)

• Youth and Children's Studies
  

• New certificate and diploma programs in Criminology, as well as a Masters of Arts in Criminology
