Laurier’s Faculty of Arts offers some of Canada’s most exciting liberal arts programs and gives students the opportunity to learn in the classroom, out in the community and around the world.
Providing a quality, student-centred education, the faculty offers an array of program options that balance traditional liberal arts and interdisciplinary programs. With emphasis on solid disciplinary training and innovation, the programs are complemented with a stimulating mix of extracurricular cultural and intellectual activities.
The faculty is committed to excellence in teaching and research, striving to provide students with a challenging program that invites them to become engaged in research and writing as well as encouraging students to develop intellectual and personal self-sufficiency and a critical capacity.
