2010 iPhone app competition
CP400M iPhone Application Programming was offered for the first time at Laurier during Winter 2010. At the end of the term, students presented their final projects before a panel of three judges. The projects were made during the last three weeks of the course. First prize went to Chuck Cardona-Chris Silivestru for their Etch-A-Sketch app. The judges were Willi Powell (Strategic Development Manager, Apple Canada), Peter Tiidus (Acting Dean, Faculty of Science, and Professor, Department of Kinesiology & PE, Wilfrid Laurier University), Nora Znotinas (Chair, Department of Physics and Computer Science, Wilfrid Laurier University). The prizes are Apple jackets donated by Apple Canada
