Problem: While sending an email from GroupWise a client recieves a 8200 error messge.
Solution: The client was trying to attach document stored on a floppy disk. The disk was corrupt and GroupWise could not attach the document. When attaching documents, they should always reside on a local or network drive. If the file is on exernal storage like a CD or Floppy then it should be copied to the Hard Drive before attaching.
Problem: When printing a pdf document from either Adobe Acrobat or GroupWise the client's PC rebooted after printing one page. The page had garbled text printed on the first three lines.
Solution: When inspecting the printers, I noticed that the HPLJ2100 driver was a PCL 6 version. I uninstalled this driver and installed the 5e version of the driver. This resolved the issue. The printer was directly attached to the clients PC.
