Search by program, course, title or keyword

There are two steps to searching Graduate courses by keyword:

1.    1. Search for a Graduate course by program, course, title or keyword with the search function in the Graduate Calendar. The search will query all regular Laurier graduate courses. As far as possible, each program attempts to provide a full range of core courses and electives. However, every course listed in this Calendar is not available in every session or every year.

a. Click here

b. In the search bar enter in the program, course title, keyword or title you wish to search

c. Note the 5 or 6 digit course number (the two alpha characters = discipline (subject) and the numerals refer to the course number)

d. If you wish to repeat a search, click on the “search this calendar” link on the bottom right-hand side of screen (above “contact us”)

2.     2. Search for a specific course availability, by term. Using the Laurier Web Information System (LORIS), you may search for specific courses offered in this academic year (you may only search one term at a time). Note any restrictions or prerequisites.

a. Click here

b. Select the term (fall, winter or spring)

c. Select the subject

d. Enter the course number (do not include the alpha characters here, ie. IP, GG, PS)

e. If your search appears not to be offered, repeat and select another term. If unsuccessful in all terms, the course is not offered in the coming academic year.
